What is ESD Workbench

Principle
The anti-static workbench table is generally made of anti-static melamine high-pressure decorative laminate which also is known as anti-static fireproof board and the conductive substrate. Static electricity can be directed to the ground through an anti-static surface or a ground wire.

Installation
1. Ensure the size of the anti-static table mat according to the work requirements. Thoroughly clean the lower surface, the upper surface of the table mat and each component.
2. Lay foil tape on the lower surface of the anti-static table mat and aluminum foil is only allowed to overlap at the folding place. Pressing the knob joint from the front of the anti-static table pad can be replaced with other nuts to make it pass through the table pad and foil tape to ensure good electrical contact.
3. Lay the prepared anti-static table mat on the work surface flatly. And ensure the area of anti-static mats according to the range of activities of the worker. Place the workbench on an anti-static floor mat.
4. The ESD workbench is grounded, and the anti-static desk mat and ground pad are connected in series with a resistor to the ground wire configuration system with a cross-sectional area of stranded copper core flexible wire or cable. It is best to inspect before use after installation.

The steel coils sent by the hot rolling mill must undergo three consecutive technical treatments and the oxide film must be removed with hydrochloric acid. Through the cold rolling mill, the uncoiler opens the steel coil and then the steel strip is carried to a five-stand continuous rolling mill to be rolled into a thin strip coil.
